Sales Agent

Leapmind Ltd. is seeking motivated and dynamic commission-only sales agents to promote and sell our innovative iStaffRota software to clients in the domiciliary care, Supported Living, and Supply Care (Care Agencies Software) sectors. iStaffRota is a cutting-edge workforce management tool designed to streamline scheduling, rostering, and compliance for care providers. As a sales agent, your role will involve identifying and reaching out to prospective clients, generating leads, and closing sales. Leapmind will conduct product demos on your behalf until you become familiar enough with the software to conduct your own demonstrations. This allows you to focus on building client relationships and securing sales from the outset. Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients in the domiciliary care, supported living, and care supply sectors.
• Present the benefits of iStaffRota software to decision-makers, highlighting its ability to optimize workforce management, improve compliance, and reduce operational costs.
• Generate leads and build a client pipeline through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Work closely with the Leapmind team to schedule and facilitate software demonstrations (initial demos will be conducted by Leapmind until you are familiar with the product).
• Close deals and ensure client onboarding is smooth.
• Maintain relationships with clients to encourage long-term use of iStaffRota.

Compensation:

• Commission-based pay: Earn 40% of the monthly subscription fees for each sale you make, for up to 4 years.
• Higher commission: Increase your earnings to 45% of the monthly subscription fees if you conduct your own demos.
